Cancellation Policy
- 15+ days before arrival: Full refund
- 14–08 days before arrival: 10% fee
- 07–02 days before arrival: 20% fee
- Within 24 hours / no-show: 50% fee
Note: Unused arrangements after the tour begins are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
All our services include basic travel accident insurance in China. Coverage may vary by province/city. We also recommend purchasing full travel insurance in your home country for extra protection.
Guides & Drivers
- Meals & Accommodation:
- In big cities: not required.
- In remote areas: may be required.
- Hotels: You don’t need to book the same class of hotel for your guide/driver. They will find a suitable option nearby.
- Transportation:
- Local guides are arranged whenever possible to avoid intercity costs.
- If a foreign-language guide must travel from another city, transport costs (e.g., train tickets) may apply.
- If you use our private car service, these costs are waived.
- Flexibility:
- Happy to use public transportation or walk if that’s your preference.
- Free itinerary planning even if you only hire a guide or driver.
- You only pay for days when you use our services (extra charges may apply in remote areas).
Group & Multilingual Tours
- Group tours available for foreign travelers.
- Guides in multiple languages available upon request.
