Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- Standard deposit: 15% of total cost, usually due one month before your trip.
- Cancellation fees:
- 14–8 days before arrival: 10%
- 7–2 days before arrival: 20%
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: 50%
- Changes after the tour begins: unused land arrangements are non-refundable.

Transparent Pricing
Our quotes break down costs clearly by city and service, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Travel Insurance
Basic travel accident insurance is included for services in China. Coverage may vary by city or province. We still recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance in your home country.
Customer Satisfaction
If our service falls short, we take full responsibility and will offer refunds or compensation as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Custom Itinerary Planning
Even if you only hire a guide or car, we’ll provide a free, reasonable itinerary based on your travel dates and preferences.
Free Days & Extra Charges
You only pay for the days you use our services. Remote areas may incur additional fees due to logistics.
Remote Area Definition
Some areas have no available local guides or drivers. We’ll highlight these in your itinerary suggestions.
Guide & Driver Meals & Accommodation
- Remote areas: may cover meals/accommodation.
- Major cities: guides/drivers usually return home daily.
- Optional: dine and stay in the same room with your guide if you prefer.
- Hotel upgrades: you don’t need to pay your guide/driver the same rate.
Public Transport & Walking
No complaints! That’s part of why we exist.
Guide Transportation Costs
- Local guides: usually included.
- Areas without guides: intercity transport may apply.
- Private car service: no extra fees.
- Using public transport: you cover the guide’s relevant fees.
Outsourcing Guides/Drivers
We usually work directly with our staff to keep costs lower for you.
